This past month, we had the opportunity to coat a Mantsinen 60 wheeled material handler at our headquarters. The job was on behalf of 5R Enterprises (www.5rents.com), a heavy construction equipment sales and rental company located in Morris, IL. We asked Chad Cailteaux (owner, 5R Enterprises) to tell us a little bit about the project and how he heard about us: 

Over the past few years, they heard about Nyalic from customers with machines working in fertilizer terminals along the river. These equipment users raved about how well their machines held up despite the harsh conditions and weather, because they were coated with Nyalic. 

Recently, they had a client trading in a 10-year old machine with 5,000 hours on it. Because of the Nyalic coating and the resulting condition of the machine, they were able to recover $100K more on the trade than they would have without Nyalic. 

The client purchased a Mantsinen 60 wheeled material handler and asked to have it coated with Nyalic since it will be working in a river port and moving 90% fertilizer and salt. 

Cailteaux states, "anyone putting a higher-dollar piece of equipment into an environment where there is going to be expedited deterioration, I think Nyalic is a worthwhile cause and expense to protect the investment."
