Nyalic_® Industrial Corrosive Environment Protection

The high-performance clear coat is impermeable and protects against corrosion by sealing the surface. Nyalic provides an ultra-thin, water-clear layer of protection that remains thermally stable and flexes with the host substrate. Nyalic is self-level and self-annealing making repairs easy and seamless with a Nyalic aerosol can. This industrial rust and corrosion prevention coating does not yellow, crack or peel and is highly UV resistant. It retains gloss and reduces fading. Metals coated with Nyalic have long-term sustainability and appearance.

Nyalic provides protection against corrosion caused by moisture, surface contamination, chemicals and chemical fumes. Nyalic is non-conductive and does not affect heat transfer. As a clear coat, unlike paint, Nyalic allows for inspections of underlying surfaces. Ideal for use in and around water treatment plants, storage facilities, fertilizer plants, swimming pools, food & beverage facilities, plastics manufacturing, pulp & paper plants, smelters and battery manufacturing plants.

Nyalic industrial rust and corrosion prevention coating also protects metal surfaces including copper, brass, stainless steel, bronze and galvanized. Nyalic is used to coat and protect stressed steel roofs and siding panels (Cor-Ten®). Nyalic helps to reduce maintenance and protects against tea staining, white rust and black streaks. Nyalic works to protect surfaces located in coastal areas from corrosion caused by exposure to wind driven salty sea spray and sea air.
