Nyalic® Corrosion Protectant for Boats
Why Use Nyalic?
- Nyalic keeps surfaces looking sharp - a great presentation for customers
- Harsh salt water deposits simply and quickly with fresh water
- Protects surfaces against corrosion and pitting
- Used on teak and other varnished surfaces to reduce frequency of stripping, sanding and revarnishing
- A Nyalic-coated surface is easy to clean, easy to maintain and easy to repair
Simple Prep™ works very well to remove black streaks on surfaces that are not coated with Nyalic.
Nyalic lasts for years and protects bare metals, painted surfaces, plastics and fiberglass from saltwater, sea spray and harsh environmental elements that cause corrosion, oxidation, tea staining, pitting and black streaks. Nyalic can also be applied to protect electrical panels and connections to seal out moisture and contaminants that can cause rapid corrosion. Highly UV resistant, Nyalic, when properly applied, will not chip crack, fade, flake, peel or yellow. Nyalic protects against oxidation, chalking, pitting, and black streaks.
Nyalic helps to preserve the finish and eliminates the need to wax or polish. Cleanup of a Nyalic coated surface is simple, fast and easy. Nyalic applied to surfaces used in saltwater may still have marine growth try to attach to the surface, but the Nyalic closes the pores of even highly polished aluminum and makes cleanup and removal simple with fresh water, Right Rinse™ and a soft bristle brush.
Nyalic is used to restore the gloss and appearance of faded, oxidized fiberglass. Gloss meter readings taken before and after a Nyalic application show gloss improvements by as much as 400%. The cost of using Nyalic to restore the look of an oxidized, faded painted or fiberglass surface can be less than $300.
Cruise lines have already found Nyalic to be a benefit to coat bright work, lifeboats, lifeboat props and railings. Nyalic is used to topcoat varnished surfaces of teak to increase the life cycle of the varnish.
